Nine key points highlighted in rectification of water traffic safety

A few days ago, the Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport issued the "Notice on the Work Plan for Centralized Rectification of Water Traffic Safety" (referred to as the "Notice"), focusing on nine major areas, and deployed and carried out a 3-month centralized rectification activity.
The "Notice" pointed out that this centralized rectification focuses on the areas of dangerous goods transportation by water, passenger transportation on the water, illegal maritime transportation of inland water vessels, and navigation order of waters. It will strengthen the prevention and control of major risks of water transportation and the investigation and management of hidden dangers.
